The price of goods were lowered when industrialisation started around 1760s period and it resulted in high efficiency of labors. This lead the way to the erosion workers control over conditions. Republicanism resulted in demand of labors and also the rise of wage. This rise of wage labor at the heart of the Industrial Revolution also exploited working people in new ways. There were numer of strikes encountered during 1930s for protesting against factory conditions.
