    The Short-lived United States job creation program was CWA or Civil Works Administration Program. The program established during the great depression to speedily create manual labor jobs for unemployed workers who were about millions. The jobs were primarily a short term for the span of the hard winter of 1933. The CWA program was revealed by President Franklin D. Roosevelt and let Harry Hopkins takes charge of the short-term agency. The CWA program is all about construction jobs. The main functions are improving and constructing establishments, buildings, and bridges and it was ended on the March 31st of 1934 after spending $200 million.
