    I would choose the following options:

    - There is an open fire with workers surrounding it.

    - The workers are swinging equipment in cramped quarters.

    - The workers are not wearing protective gear.

    We cannot see managers in the painting so I wouldn't choose any of the options relating to them. We can also not see if the workers are bored, so that's incorrect as well.
