In 100 to 150 words, explain how a secular view of the Catholic Church differed from a traditional view of the Catholic Church during the Renaissance. Give an example of each.

    The secular belief was that there were flaws in the systems presented by the Catholic church and these were mostly based around scientific research that proved that things stated by the Church were wrong. For example the heliocentric system against the earth centric system. The non-secular people believed that the Church couldn't be wrong as it represented god's will so therefore it should determine what is and what isn't
