Why do you states have different numbers of representatives, is it that voters in each state decide how many people to send as representative, States population determines its number of representatives, the Supreme Court justices set the number of representatives for each state, or the amount of land a state has within its borders determines its amount

    Each state has representatives in the House, the number of representatives each state receives is determined by the population of each state. Every state has at least one representative, but the higher the population, the more representatives each state receives in the house to represent their state. Currently there are 435 representatives in the house, this number has been fixed by lay since 1911.
