    Wallace's main argument was that American behavior related to the expansion of its nuclear program, it's increase in the number of aircraft and aircraft bases, and its weapon selling deals to various Latin American countries, was just reinforcing the accusations that the United States were an imperialist country which wanted to spread everywhere.
