    The vital qualities of Wilson’s high-level leadership were of his great public-speaking skills. In Wilson’s bout on the "Triple Wall of Privilege", he bouts the charge with his speaking skills and congress, "astonished by Wilson’s violent leadership, permits the Underwood Tariff Bill". In 1913, Wilson brought a rousing system plea for far-reaching reforms of banking system. He contracted the Federal Reserve act, engaging to the sovereign people. This was also the motive that he became president real quick for the reason that he was great at convincing speaking.
