What explains the importance of the Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen?

    The importance of these would be that the rights of man and citizens were not that good for men and most citizens so men could have more rights lke women did they made this declaraion in hope that they would get a little more rights but now in the modern world men have too much rights and this could be bad if it continues because men could end up having so much more rights than more people that soon they could make a riot and end up in just a really big mess.
