What power does the U. S. Constitution give to Congress related to the court system?

    Well, the system goes:

    the legislative branch makes laws

    the executive branch passes or vetos it

    and the judicial branch makes sure its good with the constitution ... The constitution gives the system equal power.

    Power to declare war, legislative powers and powers of the purse. Power to collect taxes and also to interstate trading and regulate foreign. In the constitution, it is stated that the Congress shall have the power to collect taxes and to lay. All imposts, duties and excises will be uniform all over the United States. People will be able to regulate commerce with foreigners and borrow money on credit of unites states.
