Napoleon beautified French cities by building monuments, parks, and museums. How did this action fulfill Enlightenment and Revolutionary ideals? It demonstrated that France would no longer wage war on other countries. It showed that the Church would no longer have authority in France. It provided resources of beauty for ordinary French citizens. It proved that men and women had achieved equality in French society.

    Napoleon held a view that want to diminish the power of the nobles and give it to the people.

    During that time, only nobles had the access to see objects with aesthetical value to it. So, He built monuments, parks, and museums to share those aesthetical value to ordinary citizens.
