Cuban Missile Crisis - The Soviet Union and the U. S. had a dispute over missile locations. The Soviet Union put missiles in Cuba, and the U. S. grew worried, so the U. S. put missiles in Turkey as a result. Later, they not negotiated to remove missiles.
