    I would say B) the concentration of factories in cities brought job opportunities in the cities (including textile manufacturing wherein people displaced from the country gravitated to the city). This was a key factor in the Industrial Revolution was the development of factories where in this case a textile factory using modern spinning machines would replace cottage industries with much lower production in the countryside.
