    The first major policy which George Bush took action was to withdrawal United States from anti-ballistic Missile Treaty. U. S-soviet nuclear stability bedrock during the cold war era. He said that ABM treaty hinders US people from future terrorist or attacks of state missile. The withdrawal was effective six months from that date.

    Bush's presidency was marked by diplomatic tensions together with North Korea and China.
