    John Foster Dulles, President Eisenhower’s Secretary of State declared that the only way he would meet Chinese delegate Zhou Enlai in Geneva was if their cars collided. This was told as an eavesdropped conversation between Dulles and a certain associate soon after Geneva conference opening in Indochina.
