What caused the increase in tension between Great Britain and its American colonies after the French and Indian War

    The one that increases the tension is the taxation policies.

    To pay for the war expense' the empire require American people to cover some part of it by increasing their taxes.

    This create discontent between the empire and american colonies which become a fuel that lead to the revolution.
