Best describes the settlement patterns in North America in the mid 1700's?

During the 1720, North America European settlement was heaviest in Lower New England, and by the year 1760, the settlers occupied all the area of upper south and pennsylvania to the backcountry. After this, almost all of the land in North America was already under the American Indians.
