Who expressed many of the ideas behind the glorious revolution in his book two treatises of government?

John Locke is the man who wrote the Two Treaties of Govenment book that inspired the Glorious Revolution. His book outlined his philosophies on how government should be structured and what rights citizens should have. This book went onto inspire the American colonists as well, as his premises were included in the Declaration of Independence.
