    The correct answers should be B) interchangeable parts and patents C) rivers and ports

    There were many patents for machines which enabled people with them to open factories. Rivers and ports enabled exporting and importing needed things. Soil was actually pretty bad so they had to focus on other means of sustaining economy, which also means that the farming business was not really that good.
