The First Amendment says that the government can’t prevent you from your freedom of speech, press, assembly, religion, or to petition the government, which is important, because it allows you to say your opinion and act responsibly. The freedom of press is not a violation of personal rights. B is out. It means that Congress shouldn’t make laws that reduces freedom of speech. The answer is A.
