The Cuyahoga River is located in the Northeast Ohio, in the United States. It is an area of concern under the 1987 Great Lakes Water Quality Agreement. It caught fire also in 1969, due to its polluted state. It has been transformed from a devastating situation to a revitalized asset, by the expenditure of huge sums.
