Did he build that wall yet, it's almost been a year and I figured he at least started building it and has the schematic estimates for "how big it's going to be" and I'm curious as to where he started the build, what area. Would Trump go to jail if he decided not to build the wall all of a sudden? Would he face any consequences?

Trump wants to build it completely along the border and there are rumors he's started building but it is most definitely not even a quarter of the way completed.

He has not even started building the wall due to lack of resources and money. It was honestly all just for publicity and will most likely not be built in 4 years.
