How did japanese internment violate the bill of rights

    A multitude of constitutional rights was violated for the Japanese in regards to the internment camps and treatment in the camps. Starting with violations of the Bill of Rights. At the same time, the First Amendment to the United States Constitution was again violated, as Japanese - Americans were denied the guarantee of free speech while interned at the camps
