When does the education standards advisory committee elect a presiding officer, assistant presiding officer, and secretary from its members?

It meets every January of each odd-numbered year. This is how long their term lasts and every odd numbered year January they meet to choose these three new people again. The same people can be chosen again however so often it just repeats, but it can change.
