As merchants of the Han Dynasty traveled for trade purposes, they encountered

people with different ideas. One new idea that originated in India was Buddhism,

which provided people with hope to escape from the suffering endured by the

increase of taxes, corrupt government, and loss of land.

Paper ans silk loom were made during this period which was the main source f trading by these merchants and they soon became rich. During their journeys, the merchants of the Hans Dynasty met different people holding different ideas. This caused the thinking of the merchants to expand.

    Among the new ideas was brought forward the religion of Buddhism. Buddhism evolved the Indian people to stand up for their rights.
