    The middle colonies were much more diverse compared with colonies in New England. They allowed people from different religious background and cultural beliefs. Their colony were made up of Scot Irish, Scandinavians, Dutch, Germans, enslaved Africans, etc. They were allowed to practice different religion, some were catholics, others were Jewish.
