3. How does America fail some of / any of its people? How?

Some Americans fail like citizens because they don't care enough about democracy, because they cast aside the vote. Anyway, the most important part is that many Americans mistakenly view democracy and that leads them to fail as citizens because they leave it alone and end up not caring enough about their own country and how things can be decided there.
