    The Second Great Migration of African Americans from the South to other parts of the United States occurred between 1940 and 1970

    Explanation:

    In the 20th century, this great migration of african American occurs. The movement was from the Southern part of America to the other parts as a rsult of the great economic challenges which they experienced.

    Also, as a result of the agricultural boom which occured in other regions thereby creating employment opportunites, it serves as a reason for the migration.
