Berlin conference was a meeting with all European countries regrading the partition of Africa' borders. It was organised by the German chancellor Bismarck to make the European countries have a claim on the colonial land of Africa which would ultimately avoid the war on African territory by the European nations.

    Explanation:

This conference enabled the European nations to how peacefully divide the African borders among the European countries otherwise it would have resulted in European countries to annex and colonize Africa in order to exploit the human resource and natural resources of Africa. During the Berlin conference, there was no African or any European to called to represent the people of Africa.

As diamonds and gold were found to be available in abundance. the European settlers saw Africa to be the rich and opulent place of natural resources which attracted by the Europeans to exploit Africans.
