    The Balkan Crisis and the Civil war in Rwanda during the 1990s occurred due to political chaos that was caused by the collapse of communism i. e it started as a results of differences and disputes amongst communities in Balkan and Rwanda leading to political chaos.

    The Balkan Crisis in 1990s started as a results of conflicts between two groups of people. They were the Bosniaks and the Croats. This was triggered by the declaration of Independence by the Croatians in 1991. The citizens of Bosnia also voted for their independence as well. After this, the Bosnian Croats fought against the Bosniaks (who were Muslims). This war lasted between 3 - 4 years.

    The Civil war in Rwanda that happens in the 1990s was a war that occurred between the year 1990 - 1994. It was a four year war. This civil war started as a result of conflict and a build up of tensions between two ethic groups in Rwanda over the of rulership of Rwanda. They were called the Hutu and Tutsi ethnic groups.
