Explain why King Louis XIV was unable to rule when he became king in 1643.

    when king died on 14th May 1643, King Loius XIX was only four year old and he had no idea about France. That is why he was unable to rule.

    Explanation:

    When the king died on May 14, 1643, 4-year-old Louis get the crown as per rule of family, a fragmented, unstable and almost bankrupt France. at that time he had no idea about the France's situation and how to govern the country.

    In Louis's time, the general public of France was convinced that God sent the king as his representative for the benefit of mankind. His reign was 42 years and 110 days, which is bigger than the reign of any king in the history of Europe.
