    The Olmec lived in the gulf coast of Mexico and they were called as Olmec as it defined them as rubber people in Aztec word. They were the first to identify the use of rubber which was converted to latex which was dried and hardened. They exhibited trade and carving as their lifestyle.

    Not only were they skilled sculptors they were also skilled engineers. The famous. They had made man made pyramid at Le Venta which is a man made marvel. They had carvings and sculptures of their Gods and their heads which remains as an artifact to be studied. The mountains provided them with good food and trade.
