    c. A direct democracy.

    Explanation:

A direct democracy refers to system where the people directly participate in decision making. This is why it is called direct democracy, as opposed to the indirect democracy, where the people choose their representatives who make decisions on their behalf.

With the direct democracy there is no mediators, it is the people who decide. A good example of direct democracy is Switzerland.
