    c. Personal electronic transactors are developed.

    Explanation:

In 1977, Commodore introduced the PET (Personal Electronic Transactor) home/personal computer. It appeared before either the Apple II or the Radio Shack TRS80 models. It was one of the first personal computers. It provided 4 kilobytes of memory, cost $495 and was fully functional out of the box. The keyboard was small, what led to some customer complaints about typing convenience.

    D. Engineers build a huge computer called ENIAC.

    Explanation:

ENIAC was the first general purpose computer, designed to calculate the artillery firing tables for US Army Ballistic research Laboratory. It was completed in 1945. Its first program was to check the viability of the thermonuclear weapon. Initially the press called it Giant Brain as it was capable of calculating thousand times faster than that of other electro-mechanical machines.

It is evident from the fact that it could calculate a trajectory in 30 seconds that took a human 20 hours.

It was important for world wide web as without it there wouldn't have been further improvement in computers that led to the development of world wide web.
