    No, I disagree with Hamilton and Madison.

    Explanation:

    Hamilton and Madison's logic was that ''the whole constitution itself a bill of rights''. I totally disagree with this statement because without a separate place for bill of rights, the whole constitution did not tell us about the rights of the individual but the bill of rights explain it well to us the rights of individual in the society. So it was very necessary for the introduction of bill of rights at that time in the constitution.
