    A in the morning. this is because in the morning your body is still waking up and you havent eaten anything. So you wont get cramps or a stomach ache after exercising.

    The best time to exercise is in the morning. This is because you haven't ate anything yet in the morning. However, if you eat before doing exercise you can get a stomach ace.
