    Roosevelt gained the second term of being the US president and this time he brought a new program called the FDR second New deal which mostly aimed on social security to the elderly, It aimed at the national recovery by marginalizing unemployment and giving out elderly pensions which is a part of federal financial assistance till today.

    Second new deal concentrated more on deficit spending. Half of the second new deal programs were considered to be the long term reform which provided federal financial relief. Many considered such policies were purely on the basis of socialism and reluctant to approve reforms of new deal by President Roosevelt. Many perceived that New Deal programs are destructive and a threat to american capitalistic system.
