    Poor agriculture practices, harsh weather, removal of grasses

    Explanation:

    The Dust Bowl was caused by people getting rid of the tall grasses that covered Texas's plains, these grasses had roots deep into the soil that held on to the soil preventing it from flying away in the plains great wind speeds, these grasses's roots also held onto water and nutrients making the soil very fertile. Another thing that caused the Dust Bowl was it's hot weather and poor agriculture techniques.
