Eisenhower implemented the courts law and enforced the troops post admission of African students in Central high, Little Rock. It was to prevent further violations in the place. He had the right to do it because central high was breaking the law after the Board of Education, a landmark 1954 Supreme Court ruling that declared segregation in public schools unconstitutional.
