    Senate Bill One also known as coach law was approved on December 18, 1907. Supreme Court of America upheld Senate Bill One in 1914. Senate Bill One was the first mandatory integration bill passed in Oklahoma.

    According to this law, Universities were also segregated. Separate rail cars and separate depot waiting rooms were established for African Americans and whites based on Senate Bill One.

    One hundred to one thousand dollars were collected as penalty from the companies that fail to follow the instructions.
