How does Carnegie view charity? In what instances does Carnegie believe that charity is most beneficial?

    Carnefie expresses his generousity in charity. He believed in the Gospel of wealth. He didnt agree with giving charirty to people directly, he believed giving money in charity donations or foundations was more approprete.
