The correct answer is "Arnold was killed and Montgomery was wounded in the seize of Quebec". In 1775, as part of the events that took place in the American Revolutionary War (1775-1783), Colonel Benedict Arnold and General Richard Montgomery attempted to capture Quebec, which was occupied by the British at that time. The result of the attack was a failure, Montgomery was not wounded, in fact Montgomery lost his life in battle. Arnold survived the battle, and less than five years later he turned traitor when he agreed to surrender the Hudson River fort in return for money.
