Before, the great United States came in to its being and gain its all might both inside the region and internationally, there was much to improve in the system or we can say many advancements were made to make some development inside the frame work of the US. As, there were great difficulties faced by the free folk inside the United States, while some of the laws were truly unacceptable for the citizens.

As, in most of states there was an unfair trail system for the accused, as there case was not processed through a given procedure. But, how ever there was a way different procedure for the situation that people faced inside the region. And for the amendments were proposed by the then President of the United States, who was Abraham Lincoln. He was the person who proposed a way different process for dealing such cases, and there were new rules been implemented inside the country to improve the trial system of the US. Just because it is truly unfair and illegitimate to term an accused as a criminal but there is given procedure to the whole situation these days.
