It is important to have rules because it is an organization that deals with various situations and although it is not affiliated to the government, you need to have a minimum of notions of what can be done in that organization.

A non-governmental organization (NGO) is an institution that does not belong to a government, that is, it is a private institution but that is not for profit, being thus called the third sector.

NGOs work in several areas, which can be linked to the cause of the environment, health, work, land reform, animal rights, protection of minorities (indigenous, black, LGBT + population, women, children, people in conditions etc.) and other groups that need assistance that is not provided by the private sector or the government.
