    The Inca equivalent of Aztec god Hutzilopochtli was Inti, the Sun God and god of agriculture in the Inca culture. In the Aztec civilization Huitzilopochtli was the Sun God and the god of war. In both cultures, major temples and ceremonial sites were built in honor of these deities who occupied a prominent place in the divine pantheon.
