What was the impact of the differences between Hutus and Tutsis in Rwanda in the 1990s?

    Tutsis were Ugandan refugees who had fled Uganda, following Hutu revolt against colonisation in 1959. The Tutsis retaliated to the massacre of 1990 by killing several thousand Hutu people. The surprising fact here is that both communities speak the same Bantu language and mostly follow Christianity
