    Explanation:

    In 1948, the caste system was eliminated from the constitution and banned the use of it for personal goods. Because caste system has the ability to make difficult for the lower caste people to go ahead in a social structure as there is too much discrimination involved. Unfortunately though, it is still practiced in India.
