    Under this, Japan was a forbidden state for foreigners and the international. trade and commercial.

    commercial activities ere strictly limited and controled by the government.

    This policy of seclusion led japan not to see major progression in their culture, foreign and local affairs. and technology as new "blood" does not influence the foreign policy and relations.
