    Explanation: Based on my knowledge, Puritan society had absolutely no interest in trade. They were very deeply rooted in their religion, and not very interested in trade. During the mid-sixteen hundreds, The Massachusetts Bay Colony (a place where most puritans in America resided) grew massively when their economic success was found out. This would, in theory, lead to the expansion of town into the Indian lands. We are learning about this soon, so you can message me if I was incorrect.
