    Explanation:

    Revolution has altered the structure of American society. When there were no Britishers left in the scene there was greater space for the Americans to take new legislative seats. Secondly, the property rights which were earlier mandatory for the voting has been replaced by much liberal compulsions. However, it should be noted that American society was not a homogeneous group. In Southern states, privileges were restored by the white wealthy population in their favor.
