I believe that the order is this:

    1. creation of Justinian's code

    2. the completion of the Hagia Sophia

    3. the end of Justinian's conquests

    4. the death of Empress Theodora

    Explanation:

I'm pretty sure this is right, and if not I'm sorry. I'm not a history expert.

The Creation of the Code; Completion of Hagia Sophia; Death of Theodora; Justinian's conquests.

    Explanation:

According to some sources, the first draft of the Justinian's code came out in 529, while the last version did it in 534. Some years later, Hagia Sophia was finished (specifically in 537). After that, and with some years between one event and another, Empress Theodora died in 548. Finally, Justinian's conquests took place over almost all his ruling time, and started finishing around 550, even though he was at war until almost the moment he died.
